1. Introduction

 

This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how refunds and cancellations are handled on the QwikMee platform. By booking services or enrolling in training through QwikMee, you agree to this policy.

 

2. Scope

 

This policy applies to:

 

Learners/Clients booking services or training.

*Instructors/Service Providers delivering services through the platform.

 

QwikMee acts as a facilitator and does not directly provide services.

 

3. Cancellations

 

3.1 By Learners/Clients

 

* Learners may cancel a booking up to 24 hours before the scheduled service without penalty.

* Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service may be subject to a partial or full fee, depending on the service provider’s terms.

 

3.2 By Instructors/Service Providers

 

* Instructors must provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellations.

* QwikMee reserves the right to temporarily suspend instructors who frequently cancel last-minute bookings.

 

4. Refunds

 

4.1 Eligibility

 

Refunds may be issued if:

 

* The service provider cancels and the learner cannot be rebooked.

* The service was not delivered as agreed or did not meet the advertised standards (evidence may be required).

 

4.2 Refund Process

 

* Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the scheduled service.

* QwikMee will review the request and notify the learner of the outcome within 5 business days.

* Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method within 7–14 business days.

 

5. Non-Refundable Situations

 

* Change of mind by the learner without a valid reason.

* Late cancellations by the learner (less than 24 hours before service).

* Services rendered as agreed and completed to the provider’s standards.

 

6. Disputes

 

* QwikMee encourages users to resolve disputes directly with the service provider.

* If a resolution cannot be reached, QwikMee may mediate as a neutral party, but is not legally responsible for outcomes.
