Welcome to QwikMee. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the QwikMee platform. By using our website, mobile app, or services, you agree to comply with these Terms.
QwikMee is a digital platform operated by **GONO GROUP (Pty) Ltd** under the **Glamza umbrella**, connecting **learners/clients** with **independent service providers/instructors**.
2. Eligibility
* You must be at least **18 years old** to register.
* Users under 18 require verified parental/guardian consent.
* Service providers must provide valid identification and qualifications where required.
3. User Accounts
* You must provide **accurate and updated information** when creating an account.
* You are responsible for safeguarding your login details.
* QwikMee may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms.
4. Platform Role
* QwikMee acts as a **facilitator** connecting clients with service providers (e.g., instructors, trainers, beauty professionals).
* QwikMee does **not directly provide the services** booked on the platform.
* Service providers are **independent contractors**, not employees of QwikMee.
5. Bookings & Payments
* All bookings must be made through the platform.
* Payments are processed securely via trusted third-party payment gateways.
* Refunds and cancellations are subject to the **Refund Policy** published on the platform.
6. Fees & Commission
* QwikMee may charge service providers a commission or platform usage fee.
* Fees will be communicated transparently before activation of services.
7. User Conduct
All users agree to:

* Not engage in fraud, abuse, or harmful behaviour.
